Run Skills Sessions
When: April 30 – June 13
Where: Run With It, Nesters Square
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm – Tuesday/Thursday
Whether you are a true novice or coming back to running after an
extended break, these new drop-in sessions created by Run After Fitness and
hosted by Run With It, will help you to get into the swing of running and learn how to stay
on track throughout the summer season.
What to Expect
For runners of all levels! Improve your running enjoyment, efficiency and speed with video feedback, drills, strength and core activities and run-specific games.
Cost: Drop-in $10 per session/Pre-register for all sessions $112
About Run After Fitness
Run After Fitness is owned & operated by fitness & sport coach
Diana Rochon. Diana has been coaching for over 20 years, helping fitness
enthusiasts and athletes of all levels reach their goals. She believes that
flowing fundamental human movement is the springboard to health, fitness and
sport performance. Diana was most recently working at Canadian Sport Centre
Pacific supporting and training Olympic, national and provincial team athletes
– she brings her most recent experiences and knowledge from working with
developing and elite athletes to all her training programs and clinics.
